What Are the Side Effects of Kybella®?
Common side effects of Kybella® may include redness, itching, numbness, bruising, and swelling. Serious side effects may include trouble swallowing, nerve injury in your jaw, facial muscle weakness, ulcers, and infection.
To reduce swelling after your treatment, your Laser Skin Care Center provider may recommend applying cold or warm compresses to the treated area. The swelling should fade within a few weeks.
